Yesterday's Ride

WOW. Just finished up a 38 mile ride from the Eastside to Seattle to Factoria and then home. Needless to say I am extremely sore but feel good that I made it the whole way without dying. Taking today to recoup and hit it again tomorrow.

This was one of the greatest bands I ever had the pleasure of sharing stages with. Some of the best friends/tourmates anyone could ask for. Tough as Shit!

Today's Ride

Biked to and from work. Then I hit the Foothills Trail out in Orting after work. Did about 18 miles before hunger took over and it was time to get back and make dinner. Then bedtime haha.
